How Does it Work?

Sign up and complete the transaction
Create a member account and you’ll gain access to a members page.
On the Members Page, you can book your equipment with us.
When the service form is complete we will be in contact to arrange the booking. If within the Torbay area, we offer a collection and return service. For further afield we will arrange a courier.
Once we have completed the service we get in touch and arrange the return.
When the service is complete we log how many remaining services there are. Any unused services roll on to the following annual plan.

Camera Tune-Up
No one likes to be let down by their equipment.
We provide our Camera Tune-Up at all membership tiers, it includes:
Sensor Clean - All interchangeable lens systems from Micro Four Thirds to Medium Format.
Firmware Update - We will update your camera with most current firmware.
External Camera Clean - Cleaning of externals includes viewfinder, rubbers, buttons, switches and general removal of dirt and grime from use.
All work is carried out in-house with a trained technician.
